Van Hire Van of Spoils X Sunni Scenes Giveaway Policy

1. Van Hire Provider
● The van for this giveaway is provided by Van of Spoils, under their terms and conditions
of hire.
2. Travel Restrictions
● The van cannot be taken further than Esperance, kms/ itinerary will be confirmed
with Van of Spoils at the time of booking. Travel beyond this limit is strictly prohibited.
The winner can book this trip in 2025 with Sunni Scenes once the dates/trip have been
confirmed with both Sunni Scenes & Van of Spoils.
3. Eligibility
● To be eligible, entrants must:
○ Hold a valid driver’s license.
○ Be 21 years of age or older.
○ Reside in Australia.
● This giveaway is void where prohibited.
4. How to Enter
● Purchase Entry: To enter the giveaway, participants must purchase any item from the
Sunni Scenes website (www.sunniscenes.com) during the month of October. Dates:
1st of October- 27th of October.
● Free Alternative ‘extra entry’: Alternatively, to enter without making a purchase,
participants can
● For 1x extra entry, participants must follow @sunniscenes and @vanofspoils on
Instagram.
● For 1x additional extra entry, participants must share the collaborative giveaway
post to their Instagram story.
5. Prize and Hire Duration
● The prize includes a 5-night van hire, with pick-up and drop-off to be coordinated with
Van of Spoils located in Fremantle, Western Australia.
● The prize does not include flights, accommodation, or any other travel-related cost to do
with the trip.
6. Van Condition
● The van must be returned in its original condition.
● The winner is responsible for any damages, or fines incurred during the hire period.

7. Fuel
● The van will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same
condition.
● Failure to return the van with a full tank will result in additional charges.
8. Roadside Assistance
● Sunni Scenes will cover the cost of roadside assistance for the duration of the hire.
This service will be available in case of mechanical issues or emergencies, but additional
charges may apply for user errors or misuse. Sunni Scenes will not cover the cost of
damage inside the van or be responsible for a returned messy van.
9. Mileage and Area Limitations
● Unlimited kilometers are allowed, but the van must not be taken beyond Esperance or
outside Western Australia. The van trip itinerary will be confirmed with Sunni Scenes &
Van of spoils before booking.
10. Insurance
● Sunni Scenes will provide insurance coverage for the hire period. The winner may opt
to upgrade their coverage directly with Van of Spoils at their own cost if desired.
● Any accidents or damage must be reported immediately to the van hire provider.
11. No Transport or Extra Costs Provided
● Sunni Scenes or Van of Spoils will not be responsible for flights to Perth,
accommodation on the trip, or any other additional expenses incurred during the trip.
These costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.
12. No Transport Provided
● Sunni Scenes will not provide transport to or from the van pick-up location. The winner
is responsible for arranging their own transportation to collect and return the van.
13. Timeframes
● Entries will be accepted from October 1st to October 31st, 2024.
● The winner will be drawn and announced on October 27th, 2024.
14. Privacy
● By entering this giveaway, participants agree to have their personal data used for the
purpose of contacting them regarding the prize. Your data will not be shared or sold.
15. Liability

● Sunni Scenes and Van of Spoils are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents
that occur during the hire period.
● The winner assumes full responsibility for the van and must comply with all applicable
laws and regulations.
16. General
● This giveaway is run in accordance with all applicable local laws and regulations. By
entering, participants agree to the official rules and the decision of the promoters, which
are final and binding in all respects.
