1. Promoter

The promoter is Sunni Scenes Pty Ltd Australia (“Sunni Scenes”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Promotion Period

Entries open at 12:00am AEST on 1 November 2025 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 3 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

  Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
  
• 
  Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sunni Scenes are not eligible to enter.
  
• 
  By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  

4. How to Enter #1

To enter, participants must during the Promotion Period:

  Make any purchase from https://sunniscenes.com.
  
  Each order will count as one entry into the draw.
  
  Multiple purchases = multiple entries.
  
  Cancelled or refunded orders will void the entry.
  

6. Prize Details

• 
  Major Prize: 7 nights accommodation for 2 adults in the Maldives.
  
  The winner can alternatively choose to receive $5,000 AUD cash.
  
• 
  Prize does not include flights, meals, transfers, travel insurance, or other related expenses.
  
• 
  Travel dates must be within the period specified by Sunni Scenes and are subject to accommodation availability.
  
• 
  If the winner cannot travel within the specified timeframe, they may choose the $5,000 cash alternative.
  
• 
  The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.
  

7. Prize Value

Total prize value is approximately $5,000 AUD (including GST).

Any taxes or costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

8. Draw & Winner Notification

  The winner will be randomly selected using a computer-generated draw at Sunni Scenes HQ on 2nd December 2025.
  
• 
  The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 3 business days of the draw.
  
• 
  The winner must respond and claim their prize within 7 days of notification.
  
  If unclaimed, the prize will be redrawn after this period.
  

9. General Conditions

  Sunni Scenes reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any that are incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent.

  The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  
• 
  Sunni Scenes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

  Lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.
  
  
  Any travel issues, cancellations, or incidents that occur during or after the prize redemption.

  The winner is responsible for arranging their own travel insurance and travel documentation.

To enter without making a purchase, participants may:

  Sign up to the Sunni Scenes email list via our website during the Promotion Period.
  
  Each valid sign-up will receive one entry into the giveaway.
  
  Duplicate sign-ups or unsubscribed addresses will not be counted.

This promotion is conducted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Where required, Sunni Scenes will obtain relevant trade promotion permits in applicable states or territories.
