Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse. Please allow 1–3 business days for dispatch (up to 3–7 business days during launches and peak sale periods).

Tracking

When your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of your shipping confirmation, email hello@sunniscenes.com with your name and order number and we'll chase it up.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email hello@sunniscenes.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we'll resolve it under our Refund Policy and your Australian Consumer Law rights.
