Our return, refund, and exchange policy are designed in compliance with Australian Consumer Law, reflecting our commitment to providing you with the best customer experience possible.
Returns and Refunds and not available for any items sold on sale & during a sale period unless the item is incorrect or damaged upon arrival! Outside of these times, we want you to shop with confidence. That's why we offer a 90-Day Returns Policy. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 90 days from the date of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition and purchased at full price.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
If you encounter any issues with your product, please contact us for a replacement. We're here to help you make it right.
Return and Refund Fees
For all return and refund requests paid via PayPal or AfterPay, additional fees will apply according to the payment processing service used:
- PayPal: 2.6% of the sale + $0.30 Transaction Fee
- AfterPay: 6.8% of the sale + $0.30 Transaction Fee
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we accept returns by mail only.
Refunds and Exchanges for Damaged Items
To be eligible for a refund or exchange due to damage or defects, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include pictures and video evidence of the damaged items. We will either request a return of the item and send a replacement or issue a full refund upon receipt and review of the evidence.
Some items are non-returnable, including gift cards and products purchased on sale or during limited-time sales events.
For international returns, please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, both for exchanges and refunds. If you require an exchange, you will need to cover the return shipping fees for the item to be sent back to you. If you are requesting a refund, the return shipping costs will also be your responsibility.
Other Return/Exchange Requests
If you have a different reason for returning your item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your delivery with your full name, order number, and the reason for the return/exchange.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges on SALE items; all sales are final.
- Replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- All returns and exchanges must be sent within 30 days of receiving delivery.
- If a refund is approved, all items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to ten (10) working days to reflect, depending on your bank.
- AfterPay applies their refund to the fourth instalment.
- For exchanges, we issue an online store credit for the original purchase price, excluding delivery charges.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- PayPal and Afterpay fees are deducted from your refund total, as we incur non-refundable fees from these providers (PayPal: 2.6% of sale + $0.30 Transaction Fee, Afterpay: 6.8% of sale + $0.30 Transaction Fee).
Return Shipping Cost
In the case of faulty items, Sunni Scenes will refund your return shipping charges. Please provide a photo of the Australia Post receipt containing the tracking number. We recommend using standard pre-paid traceable satchels by Australia Post for guaranteed delivery. Retain proof of postage until you receive confirmation of your return.
