CHANGING YOUR MIND ON THE ORDER? (Australia only)
If you decide that after you have purchased your order that you have "changed your mind" and the order has not been shipped then please email us at email@example.com to organise a refund before your order is shipped that day. If your order has already been shipped we cannot refund you.
If you have an enquiry about your tracking number/ parcel please contact Australia Post on 13 76 78 as we can only offer you the same information that you can see online via Australia Post tracking.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES INFORMATION (Australia only)
We offer exchanges or refunds if the item has tags and is in original packaging. Customers will need to pay for the shipping back to our warehouse at the customers own expense for this return/exchange. If the customer would like an exchange they must pay for the flat rate shipping cost back to them. Customers will not be refunded the shipping cost.

Shipping, returns policy (United states and New Zealand only)
For the United States and New Zealand we do not offer refunds or returns on products unless the product is faulty. If the product is faulty please email us at email@example.com within 5 business days of receiving your parcel and attach a photo of the damaged product. We will then access the situation.
